Terms of service

These terms describe use of Bundlerie, operated by Errie Studios in the Netherlands. Contact erik@erriestudios.com with questions. Shopify's own terms govern your Shopify account and commerce platform.

The service

Bundlerie helps merchants configure bundles, quantity discounts, gifts, upsells, storefront layouts, and offer analytics. Features depend on Shopify APIs, theme compatibility, plan availability, and access granted by Shopify. Checkout placements require Shopify Plus. Post-purchase access requires Shopify approval. We do not guarantee increased revenue, a particular conversion rate, or approval of a Shopify badge.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for your products, prices, offer claims, stock, fulfillment, taxes, consumer disclosures, customer consent, refund policies, and lawful use of customer information. Test offers before publishing them. Avoid misleading savings, artificial urgency, and offers that charge customers for products they have not chosen. You must have permission to use product imagery and content you supply.

Plans and charges

Public-app plans and applicable charges are presented through Shopify before you approve them. We do not create charges outside Shopify for use of this Shopify app. Development stores can use development features without app charges. A development-store entitlement does not constitute a paid live-store subscription. Cancel or manage an active subscription through Shopify's plan management interface.

Availability and changes

We maintain the service and may update it to address defects, security issues, and Shopify platform changes. Third-party outages and platform constraints can affect availability. Contact support if a published offer is incorrect, and pause it in Shopify when necessary. Keep independent records needed for your business.

Data and ownership

You retain rights to your shop content. You authorize the processing needed to provide the configured features. Our privacy policy describes processing and retention. Bundlerie's software, brand, and original interface remain the property of Errie Studios or their respective licensors. Do not misuse the service, circumvent authentication, or infringe others' rights.

Ending use

You can uninstall Bundlerie through Shopify. Uninstalling removes active Bundlerie data as described in the privacy policy. Remove theme placements you no longer use and check Shopify's subscription status. Shopify-native automatic discounts created by the app remain subject to Shopify's app lifecycle behavior.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a problem.
